On Thursday, October 3rd at 6:00pm, Beth Tuttle will present a workshop on Anxiety Management at Rivertown Compounding Pharmacy.The workshop will help give you a better overall understanding of anxiety, what keeps it going, how it affects us physically and mentally. We will explore techniques and strategies to help you take back control. You will leave with a toolbox of simple, effective tools that you can use in your every day life to manage any stress or anxiety that shows up.

Beth Tuttle is an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner who has spent more than a decade studying and teaching energy medicine, holistic living and stress management.
