Vitamin C--Preventative 2000mg twice daily. If infected, take 2000mg every hour until loose bowels. Use that Max dose as your total daily dose but divided into 4 times daily.
Vitamin D3--boost immune system and reduces inflammatory response. DOSE: 5,000 to 10,000IU per day.
Zinc--thought to reduce viral replication. DOSE: up to 50mg twice daily OR zinc lozenges four times daily
Quercetin---Used in combination with zinc to reduce inflammatory lung response to COVID. May help zinc penetrate into cells to fight virus at cellular level. DOSE: 400mg twice daily.
Vitamin A---may have anti-viral activity. DOSE 10,000U twice daily preventative and 20,000U twice daily if infected
N-Acetyl Cysteine--used in combination with zinc to reduce inflammatory lung response to COVID and provide liver support. DOSE: 900mg twice daily
