Feeling Sluggish? No Energy?

Do you ever have that sluggish feeling, like you have no energy to do anything?

It could be that you are deficient in B vitamins. B vitamins are a class of water-soluble vitamins that play important roles in cell metabolism. They are known for giving us the energy we need to function. If you are taking any form of estrogen (ex: Birth control or Hormone replacement therapy) it can deplete the B6 and B12 in your body. Also, if you have any form of adrenal fatigue or adrenal stress, our pharmacist suggests supporting those adrenal glands with both Vitamin C and B complex. Speak to your doctor or call the Rivertown compounding pharmacy to see how we can help you get the “energy” back in your life! We stock an activated form of B-complex to make the vitamins more readily available to those with methylation issues.

Tip from the pharmacist: Take a Vitamin B complex 50mg to 100mg daily in the morning (it may keep you up at night) with a full meal.
